The pre-season Top 300 is best viewed as a general look
at some of the top player to follow in the 2010 draft class. The further down the list we progress, the more interchangeable
the rankings become, and even towards the top there are good arguments for a multitude of machinations. That said, it is an
exciting time of the year for fans of amateur baseball and the MLB Rule 4 Draft, and this first annual PnR Top 300 is a pleasant
